The Building Inclusive Communities Award allows anyone to ‘catch’ and recognize another staff member for going above and beyond Options expectations of excellence, The Four C’s: Customer Focus, Professional Conduct, Community Orientation, and Consideration. Any current employee of Options is eligible. Any staff member can ‘catch’ someone. Just fill out this form or grab an award at the Options office to fill out when you ‘catch them in the act’!
